Meet Our Team

Raven Billing is owned and operated by a Wife and Husband team.

Lauren began her medical billing journey in 2015 after becoming a new mom. She worked alongside a family-owned physical therapy practice, honing her skills both in billing and in serving the needs of providers in the changing medical landscape. When Raven Billing began growing, Zach joined the team to add support while also expanding the specialty of Raven Billing to include mental health and therapy services. We have been blessed to know and work with so many caring and compassionate providers across our 11 years of billing. We love spending quality time with our two boys and our friends. You’ll probably find either of us digging into a niche read or near a body of water in our free time, too. We look forward to using our skills and passions to support the service you bring to your community!
