We can also handle all balances and statement communication on your behalf, including when you choose to send aged balances to collections.
Payer verification and Patient Eligibility
To make sure that your reimbursement goes smoothly and to increase your first pass rate of claim adjustment, we pay attention to the details on the front end. We use your ERS and patient schedule to accurately and promptly double-check patient demographics and contact payers on your behalf to verify patient eligibility and benefit information so that you and your patients can be on the same page when it comes to their benefits and payment responsibility.
Claims Submission and Remittance
We take pride in making sure claims are clean and meet the requirements of payers, and consistently report 95%+ perfect claim pass rate for providers. We want to bring our effective service to your claim management. We organize and send batched claims, scrubbing them before submitting to payers. We follow-up on any un-received, returned, or denied claims promptly in order to increase opportunity for timely reimbursement.
Aging Claims and Rolling A/R Follow-up
Our team is committed to making sure you get paid for your services, and we pursue any rolling account balances. Aging reports can be just one more thing to track for any provider, and the follow-up can be tedious; so, we take it on for you. We don’t charge extra for pursuing aged reporting, either.

Our goals in pricing our services are simplicity and transparency.
We charge a regular percentage based off of all claims collected upon each month, so that we don’t get paid unless you do. There are no additional fees for claims submission, patient statements, or aged report follow-up.
